Puan Salmiah has handled a transfer of a warehouse valued at RM/O Million for a corporate client The total aggregate value of property transfers conducted by the firm as a whole since its establishment in 2008 is approximately RM 500 Million.
The firm is one of five firms selected by the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) to carry out large-scale perfection of titles for properties developed by PKNS through one stop centers held every week beginning from September 2016 up to today. HSKEE LAW firm has served about 1200 residents throughout Selangor and has completed approximately 200 title transfers as of the date of this publication.
